Rainbow after our Storm

I, Tanisha Muchhala live in DFW , TX with my parents and younger sister Annika.

Annika was diagnosed with Undifferentiated Liver Sarcoma in the summer of 2019 (she was five years old).

We went on a vacation to Mumbai/Ahmedabad, India and just 48 hrs in the trip we had to rush Annika to Emergency. It was a blessing in disguise in a way that we found out this diagnosis in India.

As the majority of our family is there and we had all the emotional and mental support.
With an amazing Doctors team at SRCC, Mumbai we were able to stabilize Annika and flew her back to LA.

Her treatment was completed at CHOC (Children’s Hospital in Orange County), and CHLA ( Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles). And now as we have moved to DFW after that her post tre

ment obervation and scans at supervised by doctors at Cooks Children Hospital in Fortworth, TX.

And can’t thank all these Medical Professionals and Doctors with whose help Annika is alive today. Full of life and keeps us going in this difficult time.

She has gone through

one Invasive Biopsy,

six Chemo Cycles,

a surgery for resection of her tumor,

on top of that 14 radiation therapy.

Life was  roller coaster ride during her treatment.

Rainbow after our Storm is a way to pay forward.

I want to help Child Life at Cooks Children Hospital ( As Annika"s post treatment observations are going on at Cooks) and CRY, TX by the donations that are generated by the paintings I and Annika create.
